The design of the building aims to provide outdoor and indoor enclosure sensation experience which is combined with natural and aesthetic qualities of the public place. Also, the building has not been designed only to be strongly connected and integrated with the plaza physically, but also to be emotionally attached and interactive with the youth's and different user groups' needs.
